With the purchase of 781 in Rockin J Ranch, Phase 3, you will have a full membership provileges to any Golf Course or recreational amenities, which may be constructed in the subdivision as long as you remain a Rockin J Ranch property owner. You will never have to pay an initiation fee. All members receive three rounds of golf free each month. If you sell the property the membership has to be transferred to the new property owner.
