Recently remodeled 1 story ready for quick occupancy. The kitchen was totally redone with solid wood cabinets, granite & under cabinet lighting. The master bathroom was totally redone as well. All of the flooring in the whole house was recently replaced, along with fresh paint inside and out. New garage door & opener (has wifi capabilities). Custom recessed lights were installed in the living room, kitchen & master bedroom. Outside you will find a large, level backyard. There are still minor interior touchups going on for the next week or so...also some fence work & yard work to be completed in the next week. If tenant needs a refrigerator, one can be provided at no additional cost. Tenant will need to provide their own clothes washer & dryer. Pets will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Small dogs should be a slam dunk with the approval, larger dogs may be denied or will result in a higher (but refundable) pet deposit. There are NO "pet rent junk fees".
