About Kymberlee Dickens
I'm Kymberlee Dickens, known as Kym to most. I'm thrilled to be joining Keller Williams Heritage and wanted to introduce myself with a brief biography. Originally from Texarkana, a small town often just known from a short drive through because of a major highway, I ventured to Austin, Texas at 21 to pursue my bachelor’s degree. By chance, I stumbled into tech sales while completing my studies, meeting a recruiter from Microsoft at an event. That encounter sparked my career journey, leading me through various roles over the past decade: BDR, SDR, inside and outside sales, culminating in my current role as a customer success manager in the tech industry. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a desire to stay ahead in Austin's competitive landscape, I pursued an MBA and am now on the verge of completing my DBA (Doctorate in Business Administration).
