Teri Toth has been a licensed Realtor in her hometown of San Antonio for four years with her 2019 production totaling more than 12 Million dollars. She is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) and self-proclaimed group fitness addict. When she is not tirelessly searching for the perfect home for her clients, she can likely be found at a barre or spin class! Teri is an Army Veteran and proud mother of two boys. Her husband Rich, retired from the Army in 2016 after 29 years of service. Her own military service and time as a military spouse provides invaluable insight to the Military clients that she serves today. Teri is certified by the Texas Veterans Land Board to assist Veterans purchasing land or homes through the grant program.
