Marcelino is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he received his degree in education and developed his business skills as an executive in the Pharmaceutical Industry in both US & Latin American Markets. His extensive Commercial Real Estate experience has been developed through CCIM, KW Commercial & practice throughout the San Antonio & Texas market. As a Commercial Real Estate generalist, he works with both local, foreign-born investors and sellers to buy and sell CRE Investment products: land, multi-family, NNN Investments, warehousing, storage units, retail and medical office buildings for investors, end-users and developers. Marcelino conducts commercial real estate training workshops for small business owners– University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) – Small Businesses Development Center (SBDC) leasing, buying and selling in the current market. In addition, he serves as Mentor to UTSA Real Estate Finance students on their Senior Real Estate Project.
