Danny Moman was the most transparent, easy-going, helpful, patient and diligent real estate agent that I’ve had the pleasure of working with.  I sent an email via the Keller Williams website, late on a Friday evening, requesting the assistance of an agent to find a rental property.  My mov... e-in date was exactly one week away.  Danny phoned me at 7:00am the next morning to obtain the pertinent information needed to assist me with finding a rental property.  Within one to two hours, Danny emailed me with 15 properties to review.  Through a sequence of emails and phone calls providing additional specific details on rental property specifications (ie a home in a walkable area to shops/stores, new construction or newly renovated properties, etc.), Danny provided two (2), followed by five (5), followed by seven (7), followed by three (3) properties, totaling 15 additional properties for my review.  Each set of properties better than the previous properties sent.  We decided that due to my unique property requests it would be best to visit the office the next day and view the available properties on the realtors’ website with Danny.    More
