Andrea Anaya Willis is a proven, dynamic and dedicated real estate agent with Keller Williams Heritage, located in San Antonio, Texas. Andrea has quickly developed a reputation as one of the hardest working and committed real estate agents in north central San Antonio. She specializes in residential, luxury homes and first time home buyers. Andrea’s favorite part of being a real estate agent is engaging with her clients, listening to obtain a clear understanding of their home buying needs. Andrea truly enjoys experiencing the same happiness as her clients when they find the home of their dreams.
Andrea’s clients will tell you right away that she is more than just simply a real estate agent. She is a relocation specialist, a market and resale expert and a mom of two who understands the importance of a good location, great schools, and a strong sense of community.
Prior to joining Keller Williams, Andrea worked at Advantage Waypoint, a recognized national food broker. She worked in marketing, analytics and sales, climbing to the position of regional director of sales. During her Advantage Waypoint tenure she developed a vast knowledge of the San Antonio market, to include key relationships with our San Antonio military bases and key corporate executives. This experience has assisted her greatly in seamlessly transitioning into the world of real estate sales.
Despite her busy real estate career, Andrea makes time to be involved in community and professional organizations. She is a member of SALE San Antonio Livestock Expo. She is VP of Events for the Bulverde Youth Football League and serves as the Social Committee President of her HOA. In addition, she volunteers as cheer coach for the Bulverde Texan and is actively involved with the Parent Teacher Committee at her daughter’s elementary school.
Prior to moving to San Antonio, Andrea grew up in Albuquerque, NM. Andrea has been a resident of San Antonio for 25 years, having lived in the Stone Oak area all that time. She attended Winston Churchill High School and the University of Texas San Antonio where she focused on Business and Marketing. As a San Antonio licensed agent, she continues to stay abreast of the latest real estate marketing strategies.
Andrea lives in the Stone Oak area with her husband of eleven years, Jacob and their two children, ages five and two. When Andrea’s not working, she likes to spend time with family and friends and travel as time permits.
